RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We were really pleased you ordered from Thoughts Cards and we make every effort to ensure you receive the very best we have to offer. However if for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have bought and/or received from Thoughts Cards, then we will be happy to refund or exchange any purchase, providing:

·    Returns are made within 28 days with the receipt and in the original packaging

·    The product has not been damaged and is in a re-saleable condition

·    Refunding of delivery or collection charges remains at our sole discretion

If this is not the case then we reserve the right to withhold any claim for a refund.

To return an item, please either return it to a Thoughts Cards store or if it was purchased online, send it to us at the following address, quoting your order reference number and reason for returning or claiming a refund.

However, for Personalised products including Cards and Plush, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the product is faulty or does not meet the specifications of the order, because all orders are personalised with individual details.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
