We take your security very seriously, ensuring every aspect of your online transaction is conducted by secure methods, protecting you and your financial information.

Thoughts Cards is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information you provide us with will be stored securely, as required by the Data Protection Acts of 1994 and 1998, will be password protected, and will not be sold or traded to third parties. Any information stored, is done so at secure locations governed by the highest standards and data encryption.

We use the industry leading internet payment company Sagepay to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sagepay is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted to prevent tampering and you can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you submit can be examined used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

No individuals within Thoughts Cards are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

Thoughts Cards will, from time to time, show you offers and recommendations from ourselves, or third parties, in order to improve the service we provide to you. We will always give you the opportunity to withdraw your approval by contacting us.
